If you're battling a crisis you can be your own. Still. Nothing changes. There's nothing to worry. Everything is perfect as it is. I know my emotions are a roller coaster. My husband helps me with it though.

I feel transient sometimes. In the natural world, you don't have to worry about anything. Everything is special. Everything is beautiful. Everything is perfect.

There's something called positive reinforcement. It might tame people to slowly come to self reflection.

Yea you could do that as shadow work. Sometimes there are deeper reasons. But it's always best to put one foot forward and focus ahead.

At least you can minimize the impact by dropping your addiction now. Don't be stuck in the past, you have a great goal, focus on that.

What is your opinion about women being in the military. The fate for men in the military if they fall in enemy lines is direct death whereas for women it can be endless gangrapes before final death.
