They do though. Reality has an intellect and is able to be understood. Language exists as a mechanism for God to interact with and understand itself. -

If what I experienced was just a trip, then why is reality permanently broken for me after the trip? In other words, impossible and magical things have been happening to me that defy what you would normally think reality can do. No I'm not still tripping. And yes you can know beyond a shadow of a doubt what the truth is. I have attained that possibility. Just take mine and Leo's word that it can be done. I'm not a new ager. I don't have any beliefs, only the absolute truth which is plain and obvious and right before my eyes but could only be attained with a huge enlightenment. You are the one lost in concepts my friend. You push God out as somewhere out there, this is your mind's way of keeping you separated from God and not considering enlightenment to be a genuine possibility. -

I second this. You greatly underestimate the utter genius, mastery, and wizardry that God is capable of. -

You got me all wrong. I'm the guy that shits on people for being ideological. I have taken great measure to rid my mind of epistemic dogma. Everything I said is 100% my direct experience, even at this very moment long after the trip has ended. I challenge you to take 500ug lsd like I did or an equivalent dose of any psychedelic and we'll see who's talking. I would be willing to bet you have not done so already, otherwise you would know I'm right. Let me hear your ideas of God, I guarantee they're a crock of shit. -

I'm saying the external world does not exist. Not that objects don't exist. The strange loop is referring to the relationship of perceiver and perceived. You see whatever's in your mind's eye, but that's all there is. Solipsism is absolutely true and has no opposite, like Leo says. -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's neither and both at the same time. A perfect strange loop. -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
You are talking about something that doesn't exist and will never be experienced by anyone. Consciousness is in the objects themselves. It's self illuminating. Whatever's being perceieved is all there is. -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
He doesn't give any actual reasons for why solipsism is wrong, he just says "oh well it can't be true because it goes against what I believe idealism to be". He is a philosopher defending his beliefs. The model he presents at the end makes no sense. He's saying there's a universal consciousness that encapsulates all beings. If consciousness is outside of the beings, this can't be a working theorem. Think about it. It's a bunch of nondual gobbledigook. -

What do you mean? Because it frees you from the illusion of death? It hasn't really done that for me, but maybe immortality is just an extra facet I haven't grasped or connected to solipsism. I mean I totally believe everything Leo says at this point after having my awakening, but it's always better to grasp it for myself instead of just believing it. -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It's a mix of shock, suicidal existential crisises and otherworldly happiness. I'm sure I'll get acclimated. Yes, I've really grasped it beyond a shadow of a doubt. I wouldn't be saying this to you if I had any doubt left. It feels like I've broken reality. I don't need validation from anyone on here, and you're right that there is no point in posting about it, or even this message, but I'm just doing it for shits and giggles. As Leo said, it's either this or hunting squirrels. Anything is equally unworth doing when you've realized solipsism. This forum is basically just an interesting hobby to me. -

I have a lot of experience with nn-dmt and I understand what the aliens are. It's still a projection of your own mind, but it's sent by God as a way to communicate with you at a higher intelligence level. Both things can be true. You should absolutely listen to them because they impart valuable wisdom and information. Hope this answered the question. -

This is a troll sent by God. Lol -

Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I'm the one spoiling for you that your words have no bearing in reality. If you reread your sentences again, you will see that they make no sense logically. You're saying that there is no self, but there is also a cosmic self. There either is or isn't one, you have to choose. It's like you're trying to tell me I have no experience at all, when I clearly do. Ahhh but now I can't say "I" have an experience! It's just experience-experiencing! I know how you nondual ideologues think. You're literally critiquing the way I framed my argument, as if me saying the word "I" magically invalidates whatever I said. I'm experiencing it, experience is experiencing it, there is no difference. There is a strange loop relationship between "I" and experience itself and that is how self and God are directly intertwined. -

I did realize my nature as God on this trip -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That other people don't exist. I was pretty sure of it before, but now I'm absolutely sure, beyond a shadow of a doubt. I didn't think there could be a way to absolutely know but now I know there is. I'm also now conscious that God has an intellect and talks to us all the time. God defies what is and isn't possible. -

You have the logic of a third grader. I'm having a stroke trying to understand wtf it actually is you mean -
Meeksauce replied to Meeksauce's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Do you get high off tearing down people's legitimate awakenings? You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. God is existing as a greater being and finite self simultaneously. You are lost in a world of ideas. I'm curious as to how anything I said constructs a sense of self for me, and why that would even be a bad thing if it were true. -

Illuminati level shit, nice job. I just had an awakening on acid can 100% confirm everything you said -
Ketamine is a very useful spiritual tool. It opens your mind.

I would like to present a series of premises which is logically coherent and tautologically throws a wrench in Leo's framework of absolute infinity. God is infinite, unlimited, containing all possibilities, nothing is impossible for it Therefore, other beings could technically have consciousness because experiencing the life of every being on earth is contained within the possibility space of infinity You can't experience every being in the universe because infinity takes too long. You can go on forever in different bodies, but never reach the end of the full chain. BUT, since God is everything possible at once, only from its POV can it experience every being. This means every being has to be experienced by something. Therefore, there have to be an infinite number of self isolated "dreamers" to account for the totality of existence. I don't mean one consciousness per being, I mean one consciousness per indefinite beings, but an infinite amount of these. Similar to Leo's Infinity of Gods video. Really try to wrap your mind around this part. You might say no you PROVED solipsism since every dreamer is self contained in their chain of being and may never come into contact with another dreamer, but to that I say no, this still proves other minds have to exist in order to fill the necessary quota of absolute infinity. The main assumption this line of reasoning makes that I could debate on is that infinity must actualize all possible experiences, not just dream them from one POV. But if you say that experience is dreamed from one POV, then it can't be absolutely infinite, can it?

This level of ingenuity and creativity is astounding for 1969. An amazing electronic work made by the composer Jacob Druckman titled Animus III. You might even shit your pants listening to this sober.

I took 6 grams of shrooms once and my consciousness became tethered to Terence McKenna's, who was obviously in the past but it didn't matter. It felt incredibly real at the time, I could hear his voice and everything. Like I would hit my foot on something and he would say "I felt that". Every thought and visual I experienced was also being experienced by him. Anyways, he said he had taken 10 grams and was way in over his head so I needed to save him from his bad trip. It was extremely difficult, the whole time I was fighting to stay afloat and not let my mind go to dark places. I ended up listening to ambient music with rain for most of the trip, but nothing seemed to make his trip better. I was literally talking with him the whole time and at some point I asked like "does this happen often" and he said "oh yeah I do this all the time!" It honestly makes sense to me because since he helped introduce shrooms to the US and is effectly the shroom godfather, if the spirit of the mushroom is a real thing it definitely knows about Terence. Anyways, real or not, the shrooms were definitely able to produce a replica version of his consciousness in mine. It was like having two trips at once while communicating telepathically. -

If reality is infinite, absolutely anything is possible. That means there can exist solipsistic and non solipsistic realities. Infinite reality should mean God is so powerful it can create other without limiting itself just through pure magic.
