You nailed it. Countries and ideologies are like egos, built on beliefs, biases, and denial. Borders and laws just keep the illusion alive. Every group has a shadow they avoid. Germany faced its past but then became almost untouchable in defending Israel, that’s a defense mechanism. Most countries, like China and Russia, haven’t really confronted their darker sides yet. Woke ideology tries to expose shadows but has its own blind spots and defensiveness. It’s messy everywhere. Nobody’s fully facing the truth -

You’re right, this “getting somewhere” idea can be a trap. The ego always wants a future “better me,” but maybe there’s no one to become and no real destination. Life just is, right now. Accepting that frees you from chasing illusions. You can still grow or heal, but without forcing a final goal. -

It is not suicidal, you have to take it by steps. -

You’re right, ego is mostly a mental story, and beneath it lies pure awareness. Many traditions see death as shedding that ego and returning to this true, formless self. It fits with what people experience in deep meditation or near-death states. Just remember, this is more a personal or spiritual idea than a scientific fact. -

Lately, I’ve been looking into gadgets to help push my breathing practice to the next level, especially because sometimes I need a bit of guidance. I recently tried using a breathing trainer that offered adjustable resistance, and the step-by-step audio instructions made practicing more consistent and less of a guessing game for me. It is called Omhale Breathing Trainer Pro, if you want to see more details on how devices can support your lung training, you can check it out here, https://omhale.com/product/breathing-trainer-pro/. -

I started with regular breathwork years back because my lung capacity wasn’t great and I’d get winded quickly doing sports or even long walks. Getting into pranayama felt a bit intimidating at first, but over time I realized how much of a difference it makes not just for calming my mind but giving me more energy and making exercise feel easier. The effects are way more than just relaxation, I’ve felt deeper shifts in how my whole body feels, like a lightness in the chest and better endurance.
