  1. Basically this book is a complete meditation guide (buddhist meditation), it talks about 10 stages of meditation, every stage has a defined set of obstacles to overcome and a set of skills to develop, which will help you get over those obstacles, once that happen you can move to the next stage. Generally it guides you from stage 1 all the way to stage 10, which is a very advanced stage in meditation. My Story: couple of years ago I found this book. I was so exited to find something that’s gonna guide me from basic beginner meditation all the way to becoming an advanced meditator. So, I started meditating based on the instructions in it. after, about 7 months of meditating, 90 to 60 mins a day, I got to stage 4. I kept practicing stage 4 meditation for a couple of months but for some reason I just couldn’t get to the next stage I end up getting stuck in it for more than 2 years, in the book it says that a certain purification is going to happen in stage 4 that’s equivalent to years of therapy, which I was so exited about, but sadly it didn’t happen for me. I kept trying every single day but basically my mind was incapable of developing the required skills so I can move to the next stage. there where some other challenges I had at the time and it got to the point where I decided to gave up and stoped meditating, didn’t get back to it since then. My idea now is to basically sit in a meditation cushion and do nothing, but unfortunately I just couldn’t get back to it and be serious about it the same way I was. Has anybody used this book as their guide? If yes, how did it go for you? what stage did you get to? Generally what you think about this book? Do you use any other guides?
  2. I don't know if it's just me, but I'm struggling a lot with discipline for so long. I've tried many ways to become disciplined but end up failing each time. so are you or have you had this struggle before? if so, what did you do to overcome this struggle? The last time I tried to solve this problem I started building some small habits and forcing myself to do them every single day no matter what and then move to other habits that are more difficult to do once the small ones became kind of easy to do. I was able to hold that for a couple of months but end up failing and now I'm out of control to the level where I procrastinate on doing some really really important tasks. I have learned that technique from this Video. Also, I noticed there's a paradox within developing discipline which is if you want to develop discipline you need to do a lot of work on yourself which also requires discipline. @Leo Gura could you make a video on how to develop strong discipline because I think without it we won't be able to make use of the great insights you share in your videos.
  3. @NewKidOnTheBlock that's true the struggle will always be there no matter what. there were habits that I was able to hold for as long as three years straight. and yes the resistance to do those habits become weaker and weaker each time I do them. but a pattern I noticed is that there always come a time where I give up on a certain habit. and then it becomes so much more difficult, than before, to build again. I agree with you on this. lot of times I found that my search for a solution to a certain problem, that I'm dealing with, is just a distraction from sitting down and looking for a solution either through introspection or something else.
  4. @RightHand Yes, I already did that and found a couple of videos most of them were posted 10 years ago. but you know how much Leo have changed. and if he make a video about it now it's gonna be very different than older ones, in terms of how broad understanding of the topic will be and how effective it will be.
  5. @NoSelfSelf Yeah, many times I come to the same conclusion, that I just need to take action. but most of the times I found it very difficult to fight myself to get a task done.
  6. @NewKidOnTheBlock Yes, you can meet women that way. but I want to meet women and develop my game at the same time.
  7. Hello everyone I'm new to America, I have been practicing cold approach in Morocco and have experienced lot of failure. Because I have been trying to implement the techniques and principles I have learned primarily from Leo's three-part series about game and other pickup artists from the West in a different culture, the Moroccan one. Now that I'm here in the US, I want to practice cold approach. and having a person who's interested in the same thing would help a lot. so any advice on how to find one will be much appreciated. I live in West Haven, CT in case one of you needs a wingman.
  8. @Leo Gura that's a great idea thank you. Yes, that's what I noticed, I will move to another city once I'm settled a little bit.
  9. @something_else I wanted to try them all and then see which one I'd do the most.

And recently, I bought some DMT and one tab of LSD. because I live in a Muslim country, Morocco, I didn’t got the chance to take them, because of ramadan. Now I have to store it tell next month. So I just need some advices from you guys about storing these substances. Thanks!
