  1. Hello, My first post was just a kind of introduction to who I am and my story. Now I’d like to move on to some more specific updates and questions. For a long time I’ve been wondering if anyone else has experienced something like a flow of very pleasant energy moving up the spine, which ends almost like a sudden jolt—similar to the twitch you get when you’re just about to fall asleep. I don’t believe it’s simply a matter of dozing off, because in those moments I’m consciously trying (as much as that’s even possible) to stay aware with my eyes closed. What I notice is that the sounds I hear around me feel like the opposite pole of the same magnet, and my intention is to reach a kind of unification with them—a state resembling Samadhi. This has happened to me several times, almost instantaneously, as soon as I “managed” to sense that unity. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
  2. Hello everyone, This is my first post on the forum, and I’d like to share my story with you—a journey I plan to update as it continues to unfold. I’m a 29-year-old recovering alcoholic and drug addict living in Poland. After completing rehab, I’ve been fortunate to remain sober for over a year, and I’ve also been nicotine-free for the past six months. I first discovered Actualized.org about ten years ago, and it immediately fascinated me. At the time, I was deeply immersed in psychedelics and had a few mystical experiences. However, my unwillingness to put in the daily effort required for “spiritual work” (or really any kind of meaningful work) eventually led me to a dark place. I woke up one day to find myself a full-blown alcoholic and drug addict. Rehab marked a turning point for me. Afterward, I worked abroad to pay off my debts, and I was finally able to afford Leo’s Life Purpose Course (along with the booklist!). I won’t delve too much into what I discovered through the course, but I can confidently say that I found my life purpose. Understanding my life purpose has been a cornerstone of my recovery. Without it, I don’t think staying sober would have been as manageable. Once you’re clear on your values, betraying them feels impossible. It goes without saying that I no longer use psychedelics. Initially, I worried that this might hinder my spiritual growth, but the opposite turned out to be true. Relying solely on psychedelics had been a significant limitation. The clarity and understanding I’ve achieved through sober contemplation and mindfulness have far exceeded my expectations. My baseline consciousness now feels much higher, as I’ve built tools I can access anytime, anywhere. In future posts, I’ll share more about what’s happening in my life. For now, here are some of the achievements I’m most proud of since completing rehab: Discovering my life purpose Building solid discipline in my daily routines (among others waking up everyday at 5AM) Losing over 25kg (44 pounds) Paying off all my debts I can confidently say that discovering Leo’s teachings has been a transformative experience and a total turnaround in the quality of my life. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. I look forward to sharing more as my journey continues. Bob
