Brainstorm message you want to provide
Explain every message (shortly, approx. 3-5 sentences per message)
Review and clean your speech.
You should make some iterations of writing - nobody can do this for the first time. Make some drafts, post them, for example, here -> collect feedbacks -> repeat steps. This is, I say, the most effective way to write a good speech. Feel free to ask more questions and feedbacks.
