@Kid A Did you find your girlfriend from online? I know you meant daygame. My point was: why didn’t you talk about something that isn’t boring? Also, your attitude toward normal conversation is what makes it boring. This was your problem, not native women. Do you have any limiting beliefs about attracting native women?
-
@Kid A Did you quit or are you still trying to improve? Anyway one should build an Instagram and be active there, posting stories, showing personality and frame. Do you think if you continued and approached like 2000 women a year you could get successful with native women also or do you hold on to this limiting belief you mentioned earlier? Always close to Instagram. No numbers, no snapchat. You can get those later if needed, but Instagram is 100x better to close with. What have you done in your personal life to improve your game, like looksmaxxing, career, gym? Do you have optimal clothing style, physical fitness, passions, hobbies, regular events with your friends where you can invite girls? I have done both night and daygame, more night game. You can improve alot gaming in clubs because it's more challenging environment. You don’t need to dance, you can lead and have the frame. You don’t have to approach in the dance floor. I think you and your wingmen have some kind of group psychosis type limiting belief about native woman. What are you saying or doing to get that response? You mentioned that most of your interactions where about boring stuff, did you ever think to talk about something interesting or make the "boring stuff" interesting.

800-900. What I learned from those approaches is that cold approaching doesn’t really work on «native» Norwegian women, especially not during daytime. All the dates I got from those approaches were with women who were foreigners to some degree. I bet it’s the same in the other Scandinavian countries as well. Very cool and interesting. My experience of Scandinavian countries is different. Good game works very well there, because men are naturally shy there and afraid to approach women. Even nines and tens complain that men don’t approach them. 1. What were your favourite ways to start the interaction? Any openers or topics in longer sets that worked best for you? I’d love to hear as many examples as you can share. 2. Did you feel you got better over time? Did your confidence or your style change? 3. Were your interactions usually long sets or mostly quick rejections? 4. And when things went well, did you usually close Instagram or phone numbers?

How many approaches have you done irl?
-
Are you serious? You really have no idea how to get better with women?
-
You haven’t actually tried anything. You haven’t approached thousands of women. You say nothing is working, even though you’ve barely approached women at all. This should give you hope, because it’s obvious and logical why you haven’t gotten results yet. Again, I ask: what is your strategy for overcoming your fear of approaching?
-
Yes of course! Right now I'm broke financially. But, I have plans to improve my lifestyle to align with high quality approaches, money for all the logistics, etc. That is my biggest bottleneck. Being broke is a stupid excuse. You don’t need to improve your lifestyle to talk to a woman. You don’t need to make "high quality approaches", make 1000 "bad quality" approaches and see what happens. How much money do you need for logistics and do you need to move? Last weekend I went to a club using public transportation, spent a total of 13,9€ that night, talked to everyone at the club, got a couple of number closes, and took a bus home. My friend used to tell women he was broke, and every time he pulled, the girl payed for the taxi. Keep your frame.

Do you want to get better with women? If yes, what is your strategy?

I think yes. It’s like I’m farther away from everything. For example the room looks bigger, toilet looks way smaller when I pee, like I am way taller or the toilet is smaller. When I close my eyes I feel like I am getting sucked into a void. Very scary when I was younger. It has happened around a thousand times, and I was sober, never taken psychedelics. And I’ve had like a thousand out-of-body experiences, too. with or without the visual thing. -
You are making her too big of a deal. Go approach hundreds of other women: Daygame, clubs, online.

@iceprincess Your behaviour is annoying

Approximately how many approaches have you made? How many dates with new women have you been on? And how many girlfriends have you had?

My desires will change when I grow (Sometimes I get strong higher conscious desires but I need to solve my low level problems first before I start fully resonating with peace, meditation, yoga, helping others, oneness, truth, self-love and stuff like that), but at this exact moment I want: - I want to pay all my debt in the next 7 months and then start working on escaping the wage slavery - I want a visible sixpack abs (I will achieve this within 6 months) - I want to work on my social skills: vocabulary, speaking, image, body language, pickup, writing. - I want to experience all my sexual fantasies and maintain a roster of women. (100% honest and ethical) - I want to continue abstaining from: Nicotine, Video games, Alcohol, Caffeine, Drugs, Porn, Gambling, Junk food for the rest of my life I want to achieve all these low level goals and set new, more challenging goals

It has been almost a year since I made my first post in this journal. I learned that zero alcohol is better than moderation. I broke up with my girlfriend and learned a lot. We lived together for about half a year. I am learning to be more patient about adding new habits and things to abstain from. I have a solid gym routine. My goal is to achieve a shredded six-pack. I am still paying off my debt. This year, I have paid 10 000€ toward credit cards and other loans. My plan is to become completely debt-free, live minimally, and work toward my life purpose. New thing for me is that I am abstaining from junk food. Last weekend, I was at my grandma’s and refused to eat ice cream and cake. In theory, that is the hardest situation in which to resist junk food, but it was easy for me because I am 100% committed to not eat junk food for the rest of my life. My mindset is that I would rather fast than eat junk food, if for example I am in a situation where healthy options are not available. Almost 400 days without nicotine! Here is my current abstaining streaks:
-
100% commitment for the rest of my life: Completely abstain from: - Alcohol - Nicotine - Caffeine - Any drugs - Video games - YouTube - Junk food (when alone) - Social media scrolling - Porn - Streaming services (when alone) - Online music (when alone) Daily habits: - 20 pushups, abs, and squats - SDS meditation (+20 minutes) - Writing 200 words - Reading 10 pages I have been working on these things for 10 years. Alcohol and nicotine have been the hardest addictions, but I have already overcome them. My next big challenges are quitting gaming, junk food, and social media content, mainly YouTube. These addictions and habits represent the minimum standard I will maintain for the rest of my life. They will give me access to the personal power to do anything I want in life. From now on, I will be posting my streak of success in maintaining these good habits and abstaining from bad habits and addictions on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

I quit caffeine too and realized I did not actually need it for anything. It was only adding negative effects without real benefits. If anyone here is thinking about quitting, my advice is to be patient. It can take surprisingly long before you feel truly normal again. But once you get there, you realize you don't need caffeine at all and you can enjoy that freedom for the rest of your life.

Should I be more active here?

This process is about finding the optimal way for me to live my life Day 105 Perfect streak was: 80 days How my streak ended: Went to a club with a friend and drank alcohol. Went clubbing 4 weekends in a row, pulled a girl home on 2 of those nights, 8 number closes, and countless approaches. Now dating one of those girls, and we have feelings for each other. My proudest achievements in these 105 days: 1. Beat gaming addiction 2. Beat nicotine addiction 3. Stopped porn-watching habit 4. Built a strong gym habit 5. Got my confidence back 6. Fixed my diet 7. 80 days of total monk mode, proved that I can do it, it was a very hard challenge 8. Broke my nearly two-year dry spell with women Plan for the future: Continue a streak with a new list that promotes socializing. I will post this list in a new journal once I've committed to it. Here is an idea for the new list (not committed yet, so this new list might change when I post it on a new journal) abstain from: 1. Nicotine 2. Drugs (other than psychedelics) 3. Video games 4. Porn 5. Alcohol (max 4 drinks per night) (It has been rare for me to drink more than once a week throughout my life, so that's about 4 drinks per week or less, just enough to enjoy socializing and bonding without being a weirdo, but at the same time not negatively affecting my life.) 6. Caffeine (only when drinking) 7. NoFap (only cum with women)

Day 39 Perfect streak: 38 days Abstaining from these addictions and maintaining these habits is very easy at the moment. I don’t see how it could get harder anymore, but I’m ready to push through any challenge. Money I’ve been working on my finances, and I’ve already made good progress. (getting more income, doing a lot less spending) One of my main focuses for 2025 is fixing my money situation. 1 year from now, I plan to achieve my 2025 financial goal, which will create more time for me to work on my passions and eventually make money from something I love to do. I have completely changed my relationship with money. (I used to spend too much and end up with a lot of debt, but now I spend wisely and think long-term.) Meditation - It’s been enjoyable lately to cycle through four senses (hearing, vision, feeling, smell/breath) when I do my 20minute SDS. - 20 minutes doesn’t feel as long anymore. - For example today, when the timer started ringing after 20 minutes, I thought: Oh, already? - I’m still doing 20 minute SDS sitting on the edge of my bed, with my back perfectly straight. I can’t do 20-minute SDS sitting on a meditation pillow because my lower back starts to hurt, but I’m working on it.

Day 33 Perfect streak: 32 days - Working on bringing body awareness to everything I do - Taking long walks - Re-reading Eckhart Tolle - Started making smoothies every morning - My body is more flexible and relaxed, I feel better in my body - A week ago went to a club to do solo pickup - Yesterday went to play darts with friends at a bar
-
Day 26 Perfect streak: 25 days - 100% committed for the rest of my life. - This is the new normal now, and I like it. It doesn’t feel weird anymore, just normal. I don’t have to use willpower to maintain this. - I don’t miss my old lifestyle. - I’m starting to enjoy doing productive things as I’m avoiding all shit consumption. - I did four consecutive days of 12-hour work days. Laser focused, very calm, zero procrastination and zero resistance. - I bought a yoga mat and started doing basic yoga moves, stretching, and meditating on it while sitting on my meditation pillow. My posture isn’t great when sitting on the ground without the pillow. - I also bought push-up handles, which make push-ups more enjoyable and easier on my wrists. I’m so much stronger than I was 25 days ago. - I made a financial plan, and I’m executing it.
