@krockerman How is Leo expert on those things? Should Leo give a framework for how to use heroin and how to gamble online too?
-
@krockerman Serious question for you: why would you want to use alcohol and coke?

I’m thinking of trying to be conscious all day, every day. When I was 17-18, I started to meditate every day. The most hardcore thing I did was sitting for 4 hours perfectly still without moving, staring at a dot on the wall. The results I got from daily meditation were amazing. For example, when I was hanging out with people, I could tap in any time and feel bliss. Now I’m at a point in my life where I could start focusing on that again, but the problem is that I don't have time to sit for 4 hours every day staring at a wall. So I started thinking of ideas on how to get those same benefits with active work and free time. The answer is to practice being conscious while doing things. First, I tried eliminating literally all distractions (phone, anything) and focusing on my breath as much as I can. I switched my phone and work PC wallpaper to remind me about focusing on my breath. I had my Apple Watch vibrate every 10 minutes to remind me to focus on my breath. But now I want to try something else than focusing on my breath. What could it be? I’m thinking of body awareness. Focusing on the whole body could be very hard, so maybe I should pick one spot? Buy a bracelet and focus on the sensation on my skin? Something else? I would love to hear your thoughts on all this and maybe get ideas on what to do, also feel free to share your experience doing similar stuff. You can critique me harshly and ask hard questions, I have very thick skin.

I was playing competitive. I didn't suck. I didn't say I wasn't. If you are playing competitive video games I assume if you make money out of it you can categorize it as a career and if you are not making money the best word I came up with was "hobby", let me know if there is a better word for it, english is my second language. Also am I not allowed to add more stuff to it? I told you that I don't want to spend my time staring at video games, but thank you for the idea! @Hojo Please don't answer my posts or anything in the future. I think you just want to argue, you intentionally misunderstand me, you’re childish and immature, low vibration human being (this is just my opinion, not the absolute truth) @Leo Gura Can I block users so they can’t reply to my posts? -
1. Leaving 3 girlfriends (I lived with 2 of them, and with one of them we were planning to have kids within the next 2 years) --> Hurt so much but I have zero regrets about the breakups. Countless things I could have done better, relationships teaches you so much. 2. Quitting alcohol and junk food completely. (I also quit nicotine, caffeine, drugs, video games, porn and gambling, but alcohol and junk food was a harder choice because there is a social pressure to do those things, and quitting alcohol meant that my relationships with my friends and social life change.) --> I feel good about it, best decision in my life. 3. 5 years ago leaving the company I founded with a co-founder. --> Sometimes I think that it would be interesting to see what would have happened if I stayed, but I have never regretted it.

@UnbornTao Thank you! I will do these. First I will try morning meditation for every day momentum and maybe try 3 day fasts for macro momentum. That would make it easier to be more conscious/mindful during the day. Thank you, I'll think about this. -

@Hojo I tried that, I found it extremely hard to be in a meditative state while playing videogames. Also It's like watching TikTok, I don't like highly stimulating addictive stuff, makes me less conscious, not more. Also video games as a career choice or hobby is boring af, the game of life is better. -

@Michal__ Thank you for the ideas and inspiration, you made me realise that I should try that, instead of picking one thing to focus on. -

@Hojo Are you joking? Sorry idk you so I don't know if you are a troll or not. -

@Michal__ Have you tried that? Sounds pretty hard to do that 24/7. What do you mean by "Focus on what you're doing mindfully", if I talk to somebody, how do I know if I did it mindfully or not? -
About 1 year ago, I was in the worst state of my life in every area. I decided to change by abstaining from all addictions, radically cutting expenses and earning more. Now my health, capability to do anything, vigor, finances, mood, focus, memory, looks, social skills and everything are the best they’ve ever been in my life. My life without bad addictions: Entrepreneurship, endless creativity, passion, life purpose. Travelling Gym, calisthenics, basketball, tennis, running, walking in nature, billiards, snooker, swimming. Chess Friends, family Pickup/Girlfriend/Rotation/Poly Learning languages Meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, continuous awareness / 24/7 practice Nature, hiking, camping Minimalism, investing. Reading, audiobooks, journaling, museums, restaurants, theater, music, art. Massages, stretching, self-massage, sauna, cold Therapy Cooking healthy food Writing Self-help habits TBD
-
100% commitment for the rest of my life: Completely abstain from: - Alcohol - Nicotine - Caffeine - Any drugs - Video games - YouTube - Junk food (when alone) - Social media scrolling - Porn - Streaming services (when alone) - Online music (when alone) Daily habits: - 20 pushups, abs, and squats - SDS meditation (+20 minutes) - Writing 200 words - Reading 10 pages I have been working on these things for 10 years. Alcohol and nicotine have been the hardest addictions, but I have already overcome them. My next big challenges are quitting gaming, junk food, and social media content, mainly YouTube. These addictions and habits represent the minimum standard I will maintain for the rest of my life. They will give me access to the personal power to do anything I want in life. From now on, I will be posting my streak of success in maintaining these good habits and abstaining from bad habits and addictions on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

I'm joking, but I hope some day you understand how fucking stupid you sound on this thread.

@Ponder Have you tried cocaine? That could increase your brain training app results. Also it feels amazing, raises your vibes and allows you to process repressed emotions. I heard heroin is also amazing and gives you spiritual bliss.

20k debt almost paid. Founded a company. Lost 5kg of body fat with this zero junk food thing.

@Kid A Did you find your girlfriend from online? I know you meant daygame. My point was: why didn’t you talk about something that isn’t boring? Also, your attitude toward normal conversation is what makes it boring. This was your problem, not native women. Do you have any limiting beliefs about attracting native women?
-
@Kid A Did you quit or are you still trying to improve? Anyway one should build an Instagram and be active there, posting stories, showing personality and frame. Do you think if you continued and approached like 2000 women a year you could get successful with native women also or do you hold on to this limiting belief you mentioned earlier? Always close to Instagram. No numbers, no snapchat. You can get those later if needed, but Instagram is 100x better to close with. What have you done in your personal life to improve your game, like looksmaxxing, career, gym? Do you have optimal clothing style, physical fitness, passions, hobbies, regular events with your friends where you can invite girls? I have done both night and daygame, more night game. You can improve alot gaming in clubs because it's more challenging environment. You don’t need to dance, you can lead and have the frame. You don’t have to approach in the dance floor. I think you and your wingmen have some kind of group psychosis type limiting belief about native woman. What are you saying or doing to get that response? You mentioned that most of your interactions where about boring stuff, did you ever think to talk about something interesting or make the "boring stuff" interesting.
-
800-900. What I learned from those approaches is that cold approaching doesn’t really work on «native» Norwegian women, especially not during daytime. All the dates I got from those approaches were with women who were foreigners to some degree. I bet it’s the same in the other Scandinavian countries as well. Very cool and interesting. My experience of Scandinavian countries is different. Good game works very well there, because men are naturally shy there and afraid to approach women. Even nines and tens complain that men don’t approach them. 1. What were your favourite ways to start the interaction? Any openers or topics in longer sets that worked best for you? I’d love to hear as many examples as you can share. 2. Did you feel you got better over time? Did your confidence or your style change? 3. Were your interactions usually long sets or mostly quick rejections? 4. And when things went well, did you usually close Instagram or phone numbers?
-
How many approaches have you done irl?
-
Are you serious? You really have no idea how to get better with women?
-
You haven’t actually tried anything. You haven’t approached thousands of women. You say nothing is working, even though you’ve barely approached women at all. This should give you hope, because it’s obvious and logical why you haven’t gotten results yet. Again, I ask: what is your strategy for overcoming your fear of approaching?
