Bleach - Top favorite. Expecting new season/movie of Demon Slayer Kimetsu no Yaiba. Record of Ragnarok is really cool - gods fighting each other, its so unpredictable! Was enjoying Fairy tail when it aired, really loved the fights and the music, that made me goosebumps. These one are what comes to mind atm.

I agree with @Natasha Tori Maru when she said doing tiny steps are the most important to build that momentum and establishing a healthy pattern. Even if all you could do today was having one good, conscious thought, its enough to call it a happy day. And of course no feelings of guilt, self judgment or shame about where you are at this moment.

Yeah, just relax in the here and now and allow things to come your way on their own accord.
