  1. @Matt8800 do you have any experience with the magick of the lesser or greater key of solomon, or enochian magick? I guess I had quite a few questions if so, one to start is do you feel that enochian angels are completely different than solomonic angels or planetary angels from other medieval grimoires? Do you see parallels between certain beings in different traditions, or do you think each traditions' paradigm is kind of separate in some way?
  2. Makes sense. There's an old actualized video where Leo says that the more emotionally difficult choice is almost always the correct one to make... so the confrontations you want to avoid out of fear, or aversion of awkwardness are probably some you should head into(obviously within reason, know your limits), and the ones you can't help but avoid for maybe a some kind of sadistic toxic amusement you should, type philosophy, maybe I really don't know though.
  3. So far I am pretty young looking at 31 years old and have had the same literal two gray hairs since I was 19. I try to do cardio every day, do some form of resistence training 3x a week and I believe one of the biggest things is I almost *always* try to make sure I am getting enough sleep. 31 isn't that old though and maybe people that tell me I look young are just being polite There's really no way to know for sure what causes different levels of aging in people as you can't turn back time and alter lifestyle choices and see what difference they'd have made, but intuitively I really feel like exercise & sleep are huge... Also, I don't know how much hair loss really reflects your health or how much your body is on the decline, but I've noticed some people that got heavy into cocaine seemed to lose their hair or accelerate male pattern baldness, so definitely avoid that stuff! I've heard people say alcohol can age you too but I can't say I've seen much personally. However I've also known exceptions that party hard and still look young so.. yeah who knows. I do feel like I noticed a correlation with the cocaine though, but it's hard to really know how much my anecdotal observation compares to the statistics of the world.
  4. I don't have the best diet but I try a few little choices that I think add up and make a difference. I make omelettes with egg whites & a single egg instead of multiple eggs, and low fat cheese to still get a yummy satisfying omelette with less calories. I don't mean to be a low-fat weirdo, I still get enough fats from plenty of other sources. Cottage cheese & seafood seem like other healthy protein choices I try to stick with (not gonna lie though, I still eat way too much beef) I often try to make zucchini noodles in a noodle spiraI cutter thingy and make a pasta with that instead of spaghetti, or at least always try to eat pasta with fibre if eating wheat pasta. I try to eat lots of berries for fibre, too. I do a kinobody/leangains style of intermittent fasting, too. I don't know if intermittent fasting really helps or matters, I just find it easy on my time management and it helps me not overeat.

I think you should set an upper limit - your body is always going to fluctuate based on empty vs. full stomach, bowels, hydration, etc. Make a certain weight your weight that you shouldn't get heavier than (maybe 4-5lbs heavier than you are now if you're happier with your current bodyfat level), but don't set it too low. Weighing yourself often, weighing your food & aiming to hit a daily calorie ballpark number based on your activity level are great ideas.
  6. I don't know a whole lot, but from personal experience I can contribute the anecdote that it's addictive as hell. I get so groggy without it and basically a huge migraine headache I am barely good for anything for a few days. For some it can be as addictive as any bad hard drug but because basically every society on earth accepts it and it's affordable it's not the worst thing ever. I do think being addicted to anything eventually can start messing you up mentally, I know I have psychological flaws and knowing that I require drugs just to feel normal & functional probably doesn't help. As far as I know it doesn't really have many detrimental health consequences, I don't think I've seen a single one really scientifically proven... I believe some studies have even shown better health in long term consumers of caffeine but maybe it's despite it & not because of it. The fact that it's got some data to support that it enhances athletic performance is mainly why I don't bother quitting and always kind of embraced it.
  7. I run pretty often and relate to all of the reasons everyone's listed. For one, I like just being able to keep my body tuned up and I feel better day-to-day knowing that I am capable of running distances (but this relates to all kind of athletic endeavers [even though this may be egoic]). Other things that were a "pain" like having to walk stairs at work or something you now know are easily doable. I also get that "runner's high" and just feel really good and free at certain parts of the run, once I shake off the cobwebs & stiffness I typically have. I think there's just something primal and cool about running, too. It's a great opportunity to get into music as well, running is one of the few things that I find doesn't require insane concentration to do (but obviously it helps) and I can get into listening to a full album I really want to immerse myself into, whereas I'd probably get distracted and pause it (or at elast tune it out) if I were doing it to chores, video games, training martial arts, etc. Also it just tends to make me feel good after doing it, there's the two qualities you seem to strive for in meditation and life in general--- relaxation and awareness. I find before a run I feel anxious, stiff and rigid yet I still feel sleepy behind the eyes and "tired" and after a run it's alert instead of tired and relaxed instead of rigid. I'd reckon other forms of cardio might help too, and it depends on the intensity level, obviously really pushing it to the limit can just floor you past making you feel fresh afterwords... I still probably feel great afterwords as long as I re-hydrate and eat something.

Maybe a bit, but if you are strength training you are still going to build more muscle over the recovery period than what may have broken down during the cardio, as long as you are getting adequate protein & carbohydrates for your weight and activity level over the long term. If you aren't strength training I could see muscle & strength atrophying faster with heavy fasted cardio than it would just being lazy maybe, though.
