Is hoopkup culture only a myth or is this a new type of dating? Is technology destroying our relationships with online dating apps - because we think we have so many "options"? I noticed a lot in a past few years that people don`t work on their relationships when hardships arise as they used to, since they know they can "meet" (but not really want to get to know) someone new in a "swipe" (relationships got very superficial). Sex somewhat lost its` meaning, because a lot of young people are just hooking up with no intention of anything more. How can you find love, trust and respect in this flood of superficiality (this are just my observations, and I don`t think everybody acts like that, but it is a rising "trend").
I find this topic really important in modern society dating and would love to hear your opinion on this.
Kind regards with tons of respect for your work,
Maja
