  1. Thanks and yes it was hard drugs I am 2 years in Sobriety
  2. Yes, but you gotta understand my work is helping addicts recover. There is no use in hanging out with someone who is currently abusing, for sure. Only in interventions where you take them to a clinic or hospital. As an addict in Recovery it is My Life Purpose to help those seeking help. It is also fun when things go well but it is emotionally tough.
  3. Replying to Leos recent blog post I consider myself a Stage Green Christian. I'm gay. (Geese, the Bible was written 2000 years ago… You gotta take their culture and values into account) I don't like Trump. I support spiritual pluralism. Psychedelics are cool. You get the idea. Also, I'm an addict....
  4. @BreakingthewallThat's true, passion is giving and addiction is taking. But, bro, we both were Staff and Gave all we could. I think this work is gonna be like this, many people will die and relapse and do fucked up shit despite my best efforts. Even then, I want to have a good percentage rate of recovery.
  5. Anyone have absolutely any clue as to why I made it so far and this guy did not despite being in the same clinic? I shared my knowledge with him. Anyone, we need more feedback on addiction. It is a pervasive and serious matter for all of us, some of us with more subtle addictions. Bro, a fucking year with him, I could have dead-ass prevented this. A year of sharing spiritual knowledge.
  6. @Leo Gura Today I found out a Staff member (addict also) I worked with for a year in the clinic relapsed and died. What if they can't afford a relapse? What if they die? This work is getting very serious.
  7. That's true. I will help as much as I can, but in the end I gotta let go and let them touch bottom.
  8. Thats beautiful. I think everything helps, having a Spiritual Awakening is the only sure way though. Inquiring into Hurt and Suffering can take You far.
  9. Where the f*** did I go wrong? I usted the Hurt advice and the Sedona Method. I don't have access to 5 meo right now though.
  10. A guy I talked to almost daily relapsed today. I need to get serious about this work. I do not want to mislead addicts anymore. He's gonna go to the NA clinic where I had the God realization experience.
  11. A great explanation about Christianity and Conflict And why I am so obsessed with Conflict. Peter Thiel’s Religion (Link/URL)
  12. Many times there is a great disparity of resources. That is why we should advocate for victims and minorities.
  13. From the essay Peter Thiel's Religion: Peter Thiel’s Religion (URL/Link)
  14. @Nilsi Of course it was. The Gospels are all about God-realization.
  15. Well, sure. It does helps a bit with Humility. Of course once you experience God you drop all your notions. Also, Grace. Despite all Masters being proyections of your own mind, some of these proyections are quite powerful and give You Grace. I met Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and felt a strong force of Love at all times for many weeks to follow. Yes, you are Christ and Christ is you. That is beyond debate
  16. @Leo Gura I had a God realization experience while following the Gospels in the NA clinic. So it is possible to realize God with Christianity, just like Meister Eckhart did. Of course I am God, I'm not debating that, but Christ is a very good teacher for showing me that.
  17. Also: Conflict permeates all of human relationships. Once you see it, you begin to see it everywhere. Therefore, communication, negotiation, amends, and reconciliation generate Heaven on Earth.
  18. Also, All Conflict arises from desire. The hallmark of being human is desiring what others have and competing with them. Competition for an object of desire with another generates a winner and a loser and all illusory forms of authority prestige.
  19. @Leo GuraWhy don't You speak more about Peace and Harmony? This appears to me to be the Main goal of all human interaction. And Conflict as what Christ (yes, I am biased) came to teach us how to solve.
  20. @meta_male To The Kingdom of Heaven.
  21. Also, a Tier 2 Christian understands that The Bible's central message is entering the Kingdom of Heaven which is a Spiritual State of Harmony. Seeing the Gospels and other books through the lense of Conflict, makes it much clearer and less dogmatic. You can literally awaken by solving conflicts with others.
  22. Yup. As most Christians, yes. By Christian what I mean is reading the Bible and integrating that knowledge with Non-Duality.
  23. Great mystics and sages have been Islamic, Christian and Jewish, but somewhy there is a negative connotation around these traditions in this forum. As if somehow all the Bible were bs. The Gospels can lead You to awaken and Even Realize God. If You were truly Open minded You wouldnt discard this possibility.
  24. Well, if I said something about Buddhism or Hinduism your opinion would be different. Geese for some reason You guys are so inclined against Christianity.
