  6. I've found this journal to be far too difficult, not because of laziness, but because of the emotional work of confessing my faults in public. However, I will start off with this question: Then I will answer what he or she has against me...
  7. I have ADHD and this website is amazing. It connects you with another person while you both work. FocusMate
  8. @Hojo Yea I found out today. This guy stopped dating me :\
  9. Should I tell the guy I'm dating that he doesn't exist and he's only a projection of my mind?
  10. The more I meditate and read the scriptures, the more Consciouss I become. However, I am SHIT SCARED of blasphemy. No intlelectual answer satisfies me. I'm just OBSESSED and SCARED. This has led to Psychotic breaks in the past and I feel I am at the brink of one. @Leo Gura, even if you don't answer the question of what blasphemy is, just tell me how to stop being obsessed and SCARED AS FUCK
  11. Just wanted to say, may you feel peace today. Have a great day
  12. Well sure I will do deconstruction on this matter with the Clairvoyant I am seeing
  13. Thank you, I will today. @Leo Gura what would happen if you were to insult an Alien Entity such as the Alien mouse you once became?
  14. I am now more calm @SonataAllegro
  15. Look, I am open minded even to Solipsism and God realization. But I struggle with blasphemy to the point of insanity 3 times locked up, twice in the psychiatric unit, one suicide attempt. I consider myself strong spiritually except for blasphemy. That is my achilles heel
  16. @Leo Gura Many monks have gone crazy because of this passage. Two people i have met, have too. The B word
  17. You're nuts I would simply not do that
  18. I'm not kidding. I've seen God 3 times with this excercise (repeating it for hours)
  19. Here's an Insight from The Sermon of The Mount This is true Conflict Resolution. Christianity is very practical. Even if you don't subscribe fully to faith, there are practical tips you can learn from studying The Bible for your daily life. Psychologist Peter Gollwitzer coined the term If-Then Plans (or Implementation Intentions) for anticipating future events and responding well. Here is his definition: Here are 6 If-then Plans from The Sermon on The Mount 1. Reconciliation 2. Sin 3. Abnegation 4. Secrecy 5. Speaking and prayer 6. Fasting
  20. Exactly. See @Leo Gura and most people on this forum who critizice Christianity have never had a Mystical or Non-Dual experience with Christ. They are only playing word games, but they have not had a Realization or Awakening on this path. They speak of what they don't know.
  21. This is how to get rid of addiction and problematic behavior.
  22. So, yesterday @integration journey asked how can you do Trauma Therapy on yourself. Here it is: 1. Do Fire Breathing Breath of Fire | TAKE A DEEP BREATH | Pranayama Series 2. While you are doing it, recall your childhood and adolescence. The first 20 years of your life. Run it like a film in your mind and keep breathing. Images will pop up, but finish the 3 to 5 rounds. 3. Then relax, meditate for a while. 4. Then do fire breathing again and notice the image that most persists. Hold it on your minds eye and then turn your attention to your heart and body. Feel. If there is pain, go to next step. If not, work with another image. 5. Once you have found a painful image, do one more Fire Breathing Round and turn your attention away from the image and into the Pain. Feel the Pain and Hurt. Stay there. You might cry or want to leave, but stay. 6. Rest by laying down and keep feeling the pain until it changes, eventually it will diminish. It is important that by this step, you dont focus as much on the image, but focus on the pain and how it changes. This can take minutes or hours. 7. Once the pain has disappeared completely, you are done! Smile and hug yourself. This is growth.
