@Brandini I think will help her a lot if you will leave a link in your comment.
The only advice I can give you, Melanie, if you really love yourself, you will not change anything just because you think other people thinks something about you. To love and accept yourself it's like a department, if you get me. Basically all starts from how you see opinions from others about how you look, how you act etc...

Sounds good to me, Leo you really need to debate this topic.
Personally I find a lot of mistakes while I try to explain something to anyone and usually they don't understand, I want to know if am I wrong, and where i make those mistakes.

2 minutes ago, Marina said:Leo, could you please elaborate on that a bit more? What do you mean by saying "more efficient"? The fact that it allows you to multitask or that you retain information better? Cause I remember that in the intro video for your booklist, you've stressed out the importance of reading a book actively (underlining, taking notes, etc.). I myself love listening to audiobooks but have been holding back on that for exactly those reasons. Thinking that it may just go in one ear and go out the other. Literally lol.
Sorry if I flooded the thread, just really wanted to hear your opinion on this.
Think about it. What can it means?
If you are a lazy reader and it's pretty hard for you to read something, audio-files will be more efficient.
It's the same material >>> in audio, so you don't need to read anything.

Personally when I start to do some exercises for example, like 5 or 6 I start to keep my mind clear and starts to be interesting, you only need to concentrate at what you need to do and keep your mind clear.
