You do realize that mentally ill people can be dangerous to society. There are disabled people who don't hurt anyone. Calling out a mentally ill person on their behavior is not ableiism. He isn't technically disabled. But his irrational behavior can trigger panic in the public. Mentally ill people can stay at home.
