Every time I judge someone, I judge myself. Every time I lie to someone, I lie to myself.  Every time I bully someone, I bully myself. This is a profound insight I had just now. Not just as a theory or belief, but actually feeling it in my entire being and replaying the memory in vivid detail that it’s me all along.  This insight, digested and integrated, is the path towards Self-healing.  I wish you all the best.
