I'm really struggling to integrate my most recent awakening to myself as God and infinite love and goodness, but this exercise is the most helpful thing to me at the moment. I would love to hear about your experiences with this exercise as well as any of your favorite meditations or similar exercises that accomplish the same goal of embodying love. Love you all!
