1. Set Your Intention Begin with this heartfelt intention: O Allah/God/Om/Being, make me a witness to Your presence in all that I do. Let this intention ground your practice, inviting awake, loving presence. 2. Anchor in Divine Remembrance (Dhikr/Mantra) Choose a sacred phrase to silently repeat in rhythm with your breath: Allāh, Lā ilāha illā Allāh, Hu (He), So’ham (I am That). Inhale calmly, exhale gently saying your mantra once or twice. Let this flow beneath your actions like a steady river. 3. Witness All That Arises Without Control When thoughts, emotions, or sensations appear, gently pause the mantra and ask: “Who is aware of this?”, Rest as the silent witness, seeing everything exactly as it is, without trying to control, change, or judge. 4. Live Love in Action Allow the body to move, speak, and serve naturally while keeping the heart centered in remembrance. See all beings as expressions of the Divine and silently bless them: "May you be safe, may you be at peace.” Let love and humility guide every act. 5.Use Breath as Your Anchor to Presence With each breath: Inhale presence and calm. Exhale your dhikr/mantra silently. This anchors you in the eternal Now, the timeless moment of witness. 6. Micro Practices Throughout the Day Pause regularly to: Feel your feet grounded. Take three deep breaths with your mantra. Send silent blessings to anyone and everyone. These moments refresh your awareness and loving presence. 7. Surrender Completely to the Flow and Trust the Being That Is Always Now Let go of all control or resistance. Rest as the pure witness, allowing life and all its experiences to unfold as they are. Trust in the Being that is always Now, The timeless presence that underlies all. 8. Keep Dhikr / Mantra Alive During Speech Maintain silent dhikr / mantra in your heart even when talking. Speak divine phrases aloud naturally and sincerely, such as:
Bismillah, Alhamdulillah, Insha’Allah, when appropriate. 9. Allow the Body to Act Freely The body moves and behaves naturally do not try to control it. Be aware, but do not interfere. Let awareness observe the flow without attachment. 10. Close the Day with Gratitude and Remembrance Before sleep: Repeat your dhikr/mantra slowly as much as. Reflect gently on moments you were awake and loving, and moments you forgot. Express heartfelt gratitude to Allah or your chosen Divine Name for the gift of awareness. Key points: Awareness without effort or judgment, Living in the Now, The futility of control and resistance, Integration of inner silence and outer action. Important Points: To not hold onto any technique as a belief, idea, crutch or fixed path, but to remain open the flow of itself. That truth is a pathless land. Therefore no method or teacher (if turned into a belief or idea, instead of letting go or surrendering those ideas or beliefs) can replace your own clear perception and freedom from conditioning.
