Awesome video as always Leo, you have changed my life in so many ways I cant thank you enough !

I am curious about how you built your infrastructure of your sleeping patterns to optimize efficiency during the day ?

Sean T says:

Hi Leo.
Having not commented before, I want to express my gratitude for what you’ve created and shared through the web..thank you!

Quick question: why don’t you talk much about the meditation of the mundane: “mindfulness”? I’d be surprised if you aren’t at least indirectly familiar with this form of practicing presence. I hold this as a high value and would enjoy sharing and inspiring its peaceful practice in others.

I was reminded of this curiosity when you were talking about the boring technical aspects of this site -a perfect example of when to practice everyday Presence with the mundane domain.

Great video as always.

What is the name of voice recoding app you decided to go with?

Anya says:

Leo,

You know the feeling when something opens up your mind and simultaneously settles your soul? That’s how I’ve been feeling lately, every time I watch one of your videos.

I’ve worked on the practical stuff for years, only to realize that I had focused so much on practicality that the soul and the heart were shut out of the process.

What can I say, other than to express gratitude for your work.

Thank you,

Anya

Hi Leo, excellent material as usual. I would really like to see more vids about being alone.

Hi Leo,
With all respect, i oppose one point in this video.
I think that it’s easier for someone with less life facilities to get enlightened than otherwise.
Comfort in society mostly generates a bigger ego and less awareness to the fact that the more services you have the less likely you’ll turn inwards for answers about life while with less confort the ego is a less concern and survival and spirituality will emerge as a result.
Of course that’s just a general idea.
Other than that, great video.
Thanks.
