A good history lesson.

Eventually socialists turn against each other and eat one another alive. Trotsky ended up with a hammer to the back of his head. This is real human nature. And we see this in today’s leftists, who end up in circular firing squads. It takes a lot of consciousness not to kill each other. See, when socialists come to power, the most bloodthirsty one of them will kill the rest of them. Leftists are so utopian that this catches them by surprise.

The point of studying history is to learn true human nature.
