Corporate Deception Rising
By Leo Gura - July 13, 2026
Corporations are no longer capable of just making a good product or service, now there has to be a scheme behind it to extract as much money as possible from you through some underhanded, deceptive means. Today’s products and services are envisioned from the ground up to exploit human psychology in one way or another. This corruption has become normalized in corporate culture. Late stage toxic capitalism bakes illusion and deception into the structure of every product and service it invents. The products they make are exploitative and predatory by design. For example, Microsoft doesn’t really make an operating system any more. Now Windows is just a trojan horse to sell subscriptions, spy on your data, sell you AI, inject ads into your workflow, or whatever else. For example, video game developers no longer just make a great game, they design the game from the ground up to extract money from players like a slot machine. This is what a godless machine (corporation) does: mechanical survival with no Spirit. That’s why talk of tech dystopia is common nowadays. Why is Big Tech becoming so dystopian? Because corporations are godless survival machines, and they’re proud of it.
Notice that corporations are becoming more and more exploitative, predatory, and deceptive. Why? Because corporate culture does not care about truth, it only cares about profits. When you put profits over truth, corruption snowballs. At this point in the timeline you have to go into any dealing with a major corporation expecting deception and chicanery.
This is why I cannot respect corporate people. Corporations sacrifice Truth and Goodness to maximize profit, which is wrong. Corporate zombies. Just look at them go. Like wind-up toys. No Truth, no God, no soul, no Love. You know what dystopia is? It’s an inescapable labyrinth of byzantine machines that are all designed by corporate zombies to drain your soul for profit.
