Billionaire Bias

By Leo Gura - April 20, 2026

One of the things billionaires take for granted is health. All of their success assumes both physical and mental health — which many do not have, through no fault of their own. Without it, success can be nearly impossible. Just ask Steve Jobs how wealthy he is today.

Another thing they assume is intelligence. Not everyone has enough raw IQ to create their level of success.

Another thing they assume is immorality. Not everyone has the lack of morals and ethics necessary to become so successful. If you forced billionaires to behave ethically, they would have 95% less wealth. They never mention this part, for obvious reasons. Unethical gains grow exponentially, compounding themselves. Each person you didn’t stab in the back is $50 billion dollars lost in the long run.

Perversely enough, some billionaires understand these things, so they become sort of eugenicists, telling themselves that their genes are superior to the common masses. Which is why Elon Musk breeds like a rabbit. But this is the wrong lesson to draw from what I’m saying.

Note: Be careful. Poverty also creates its own kind of bias. Just cause you ain’t rich doesn’t mean you ain’t biased as hell in all sorts of other ways. Bias does not discriminate and afflicts all.
