To create/support thoughtless awareness.

Melt some butter* .

pour it into a little bottle

With a dropper pour it into your both nostrils.

Tilt your head back, sides, and upside down like as if you're gonna do a handstand. 

Enjoy the silence.

Enjoy existence.

*butter: a nice quality one from an Indian market would be the best.

Today I'll be meditating in the night time.. now it's an annual picnic of the studios, I'm babysitting big babies.. in a meditative manner

I had a realisation 

To be in this dream feels amazing, because we can express ourselves through our movements, emotions and thoughts (complex thoughts and emotions) and/or simply be.

Last Sunday when I was in the picnic, after I posted here, this bird flu to me and sang to me for quite a bit; some of the students got excited seeing that and googled the bird. Then I searched too.

That was interesting:

"These red-winged black birds are protective of their mates. They protect their mates and other birds by chasing away even larger predators. They do not fear. They only know how to showcase their courage and unified effort to protect their kin."

I think it considered me from its tribe! That was such a fascinating feeling? being protected by nature's spirit and beings?

While I was holding my breath, i felt this cool awesome vibration, and it was my body. More intense than any session so far!
