Akira is great, though I can't claim to understand what the hell it is about. I think it might be a metaphor for nuclear weapons and their self-destructive nature. It's probably pointing towards how dangerous power can be in the hands of a fool. The visuals are amazing, I personally love the old school vibe. This is an absolute classic.

I hadn't watched a movie in a while, but I saw an interesting clip from the new Spider Man Across the Spider-Verse movie and so I decided to give it a try and it ended up being a fun watch. The visuals were real interesting and creative and looked very good for the most part. The story itself wasn't crazy or anything, but it was decent considering that I'm not the biggest fan of super hero stories.
