@kray Meanwhile Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize...

During Obama’s last year in office, the United States dropped 26,172 bombs in seven countries.

Yes, you read it correctly. 7 countries

This reminds me of those citizen arrests you can do in America apparently, against anybody regardless of status. Yeah, not a smart policy. To me mostly some kind of power play or setting example of, but to expect to arrest Putin? Nah, unlikely.

Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria,

Yemen, Libya; was just as support to Saudi Arabia's assault.

Pakistan, Somalia; was in support with those countries governments.

That says nothing about whether it was right or wrong. You have no idea how many lives those bombs may have saved.

@Leo Gura those bombs certainly did one thing which is protect US corporate interests and the petrodollar.

Saved lives by creating more destabilization, division and massacres in Yemen?

Look what China achieved last week without dropping a single bomb, without selling a single weapon and without taking sides.

Many don't realize how historic this is

Many don't realize the farce this is.

The U.S. has been positioning for war with Iran the last few months. This is China and Russia 'supporting' their Ukraine.

@Tobia Putin isn't in trouble for bombing Ukraine, he's allowed to do that, he's in trouble for taking ukrainian children

Yes, taking children from eastern Ukraine who lost both their parents and helping them out of a war zone to get adopted.

Could some soldier have a committed a crime against one of the children? Yes.

Is it Putin's fault? No.

Well.. your memory must be short.

On november 19th 2005, US soldiers massacred 24 Iraqi civilians as a reprisal. Shooting at short range innocent civilians, women and children, including a 1 year old baby.

Few months ago China was getting close to Iran and US media was saying "oh look, China is taking sides against Saudi Arabia".

Last month China was warming to Saudi Arabia and US media: "Look China betrayed Iran"

Today all 3 of them realized it is in their best interest to not be fooled by the US' divide and conquer and actually do business.

China does business, the US does war. And the world is starting to figure that out

The U.N. deals with orphans, not the enemy state, that's ridiculous. Turn them over to the U.N..

That's not the u.s. that was a couple u.s. soldiers, get real, this is Putin's decision to kidnap these children, they are leverage to put pressure on Ukraine.

The U.S. already dominates trade globally, and has war capabilities, China has neither comparatively speaking, buttering people up is their only option.

@Devin China sets up a couple bases in Africa and suddenly it is a global threat, the aggressive communists are coming for your family!

Meanwhile, the US has 400 military bases surrounding China right off its coasts and that is not aggressive at all.

China's only sin is its massive industrial capacity and the fastest economic growth in history. Raising hundrends of millions of people out of poverty and, today, an economy which is approaching the same size as the US. That is what is unacceptable for the US ruling class.

China has no interest in war. This interview is excellent and perfectly represents China's perspective

No, China is fine, just so is the U.S..

China has no interest in war because it has no chance in war.

The u.s. could easily systematically finish taking over the world, it doesn't, China or Russia in that position would.

Geopolitics is extremely complicated. It involves a lot of proxy wars which get hairy and murky.

I’m just saying not to rattle the wrong cage. I guess in simple terms, I don’t think we want to make Russia, or Putin for that matter, the enemy in a swipe…remember that Russia is in the west’s backyard. Rattling that cage can be dangerous to Europe and the west.
