@Leo Gura I really appreciate the detailed lists and honesty about meditation and spirituality.

What I got from this episode the most is that our minds are so freaking different. Totally different paradigms potentialy. Inspiring to keep digging into ones mind. Thank you Leo.

The best part was when you said doing things for their own sake. I got goosebumps. I really resonate with that.

Loved the video.

Tl;dr

  • Buy a nice house and make it nice for yourself
  • Watch nice porn
  • Try stay healthy
  • Do work you enjoy and are good at
  • Don't manipulate too much
  • Enjoy your hobbies
  • Do what you wanna do
  • Hang out with people who you can really vibe with and just cut out h8rs and drama cre8rs
  • If you wanna paint, then do that, if not then dont
  • Cuddle with your cat and get mad serotonin
  • Dont let spiritual teachers suck you into hardcore practice or make you feel like you're a moronic normie for wanting the above.
  • Bonus pionts for reaching God consciousness
  • Put drugs in your bum occasionally and connect with God, but dont live your life that way.
  • Don't be stupid and chase money and dopamine. Unless you have ambition, then do whatever.
  • Try and be a good person, so you can sleep easy.
  • Listen to good music but dont move in nextdoor to a raver.

@Leo Gura

Powerful video!

Btw, I laughed a lot about the kid's story and you needing to sleep in your car.

That's sad but funny :D

I really liked this video. Very helpful.

Even though I was hoping for some alien stuff this made me ... very happy anyways.

The video made me very hopeful. It reminded me why I do the things that I do and put me in a good mood all day.

@Thought Art "Takes years to cultivate" Can often and easily be used as an excuse not to make important changes you can do today! For example a healthy diet does not take years to accomplish. You can cut out junk food today. And then from there it's a long journey,

Great video, there are so many nuggets in it. It needs to be watch several times to fully get all the details.

I'm glad someone calls out this bullshit attitude some people have, to just sit out a situation that makes them miserable and unhappy. There is so much danger in spiritual teachings, if not teached correctly. Really appreciate your clear and practical communications.

It's been a while. But this one is worth the wait.

Video is really good, most reasonable approach to happiness.
