@Yimpa It might be the trauma release mechanism of your body. You can actually observe this with animals like polar bears: 

I think that trauma is energy that has been trapped within the body and when it gets released it can manifest in your entire body shaking (because all of that energy now has to go somewhere). I can actually induce that state at will, which is great because I've been able to release a lot of emotions that way. Just give your body full control and let it do what it wants to do! Yoga and exercise also help a lot.

@DefinitelyNotARobot thank you! I’ve been working with a trauma specialist for almost a year now. She refused to give me the answer to where my trauma is stemming from. It pissed me off at first, but now I’m realizing that I have to discover it for myself!
