Actually most people here report getting tired

I doubt that's true. Mostly people who complain about it are the ones who have problems. The normal folk don't even bother to comment.

These anti-fapping thread attract a certain kind of guy.

Yeah, the kind of guy who is tired of being a weak-minded coomer.

I remember @Someone here ran a poll here to test this exact point and the majority said it doesn't decrease their energy levels. They literally just don't bother to comment on these threads.

"God is not a conclusion, it is a sudden revelation. When you see a rose it is not that you go through a logical solipsism, 'This is a rose, and roses are beautiful, so this must be beautiful.' The moment you see it, the head stops running thoughts. On the contrary, your heart starts running. It is something totally different from the idea of truth." -Osho

It cannot be the case that the majority of men suffer from cumming.

This is some sickness that is spreading through modern society. Maybe it's toxins, or diet, or whatever. It has to be regarded as an abnormality.

There's a physiological need, as when holding in your pee or wanting to sneeze.

An important reaction after doing it is relief!

The abnormality is that grown men are coomers.

How? Do you recommend any practices or books?

I always get a super strong urge to cum after a while having sex, especially if the girl cums while I'm inside. Somehow I feel "dirty" about giving in to the ejaculation

Look up Mantak Chia.

I don’t see how it’s a modern thing, here’s sahdguru talks about it

Do men not treat their genitalia and orgasm properly for so long that the body begins to malfunction in various ways? Sex is a very powerful energy. It is mysterious to me. I can feel a bit deflated after an orgasm. I have ready and suspect there are better ways for me to orgasm thought may even help the whole body to function better.

Bro that's what I'm aiming to. I've been trying to quite porn for the last few years. I used to watch it 5 times a day and now I got to the point when I watch it only a few times a week. But still I want to cut it off completely

Dude, stop fucking up your brain. After 35 you start to lose brain elasticity and then you are stuck with that porn induced brain of yours. This is a wake up call if you want healthy relationships. Can't you see you are treating sex with your gf like a porn session behind your PC? After sex you shouldn't want to leave her immediately.

I got POIS when I was around 17. Before then, I could ejaculate as much as I wanted and felt completely fine. Didn't matter if it was sex or masturbation. I am 22 now at the time of writing this post.

My symptoms were chronic fatigue, chronic anxiety, chronic brainfog for 3 days. At one point I was in a permanent state of chronic symptoms, I literally could not hear the peace in a room. I had to abstain for 90 days to bring all of the symptoms down. Went on for years until I abstained for 10 days and realized all my symptoms were tied to ejaculation. It's been a long journey of discovery, I could write a book on it all.

I have since managed to significantly improve my symptoms through the following protocol:

* Gluten-free diet, less plant foods the better I seem (still experimenting). Animal-based diet seems the "safest"
* Raw garlic (let it sit 10 minutes, then swallow)
* Fenugreek
* B complex
* Eggs

My symptoms now are low energy for a few days and minor to moderate mood disturbances. It still significantly effects my drive overall. I still feel better when I do semen retention, but I am glad that I can at least be somewhat normal while ejaculating. I abstained for years just to feel normal before I found a solution to my POIS.

My advice to anyone with POIS or suspected POIS symptoms is to go to this page and try all known possible  solutions: https://poiscenter.com/forums/index.php?topic=2338.msg19448#msg19448. These solutions include niacin, gluten-free diet, matcha green tea, raw garlic, fenugreek, antibiotics, etc.

There are many different clusters/types of POIS, and different stuff works for different POISERS.

I am currently working with a functional medicine practitioner to attempt to heal my condition from the root, although overall I am a bit sceptical if we will successfully heal this from the root. The other problem I have is that I am 22 years old, and do not want to waste any time not grinding towards my goals in life. Everytime I jerk off, my productivity, drive, and creativity kinda go out the window (relatively speaking compared to when I just abstain). Sometimes I need to jerk off literally to test for medical/functional med reasons. So I am getting closer to the point of just accepting it. I will combine my POIS solution with semen retention and non-ejaculatory orgasms.

I have long contemplated whether this condition is natural, like what a lot of esoteric theories refer to. David Deida himself has a chapter dedicated to the idea of ejaculation needing to be consciously released, otherwise you will waste your energy. The taoists talk a lot about it too. I bought into this until I saw it from a medical point of view. When I hear people like Leo talk about how they do not experience any symptoms, along with some of my friends (I have friends who experience light-to-moderate levels of POIS), and the fact that I did not always experience this, it leads me to strongly believe this is an actual medical condition, not some esoteric theory. Something is going on inside the body at a physiological level that is causing this. I have to admit, it feels better to buy into those esoteric theories and act like my body is just doing its thing naturally, and that all those who do not abstain are draining their life force energy. Go over to the semen retention subreddit and you will tonnes of this brainwashing. But I choose to acknowledge the truth that I see, that it is indeed a medical issue (a more depressing perspective imo). There is also a POIS subreddit that I am a mod on, it seems to be growing year by year. I also saw a specialist irl, and he said that he is seeing an influx of POIS cases, so it is definitely on the rise. The top theories surrounding POIS are autoimmunity, histamine, hormones, and infection related. You can read all about this at poiscenter, that is your best current resource for battling this beast. Good luck

Overall, having this condition keeps you in a chronic state of survival. You are constantly pursuing the lower needs on maslows' hierarchy. Chronic abstaining --> sex need not met but at least self-esteem and desire to express oneself are met --> ejaculate at some point --> sex need met, but self-esteem and desire to express oneself are no longer met. It is a completely dysfunctional cycle.

I think being surrounded with good women and having sex with them actually makes your body produce more testosterone

My biggest problem is I can only have sex with a girl 2-4 times before losing interest and wanting variety. I will still have sex more times but then it becomes a chore

Lol thats a nice problem to have. 2-4 times before losing interest???? maybe stop jerking off bro. It's pretty normal to lose your horniness for a chick you've banged for a while, but 2-4 times is nothing.
