This technique for meditation.

Today I randomly came up with this idea while meditating to keep my mind focused and looked to see if anyone came up with this. After 5 minutes of climbing a mental ladder I can feel myself become exhausted. I start to slow down of take a break and hold myself there. mentally only able to hold myself there on the rungs eventually you enter a state of no thought and just hold it there shaking on the ladder. My body starts to physically move .
