Posted December 14, 2022 No one really knows, is the only truthful answer. It probably depends on you. I’ve gone through periods of my life where I watch porn and where I don’t and it doesn’t seem to matter much for me as far as I can tell. I’ve settled on a moderated approach for the time being. I think it probably depends on why you watch porn. If you are doing to to cope with being lonely and unable to attract girls then it’s probably pretty unhealthy.
