Songs Written About Enlightenment

yo yo yo, ah, ah, ah, yeah! check it now, vibe with me...

tick tock, tick tock three
let me tell you how you can be eternally free

it doesn't take any effort, it's easy to do
all that needs to be done, is to get rid of you

you see there's a reason why the sky is blue
it's not what it looks like, it's hanging with glue
don't take my word for it, but know that it's true
take a flight down the lane, and join the crew

feel the love, feel the vibes, taste the music deep
when you feel it in your body, you no longer a sheep
no longer asleep
and you might even weep
feel the excitement of all the benefits you'll reap
you get it once and it's yours forever to keep
just close your eyes and take the leap
there's a soft landing, a cotton heap

the man in the sky, he's here with you now
feel his energy, and do the boom pow pow

spread your energy and spread it wide
all the evil in the world has no place to hide
good & evil is a duality, but you on the good side
so drop all your worries and enjoy the ride

xD

"It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me can't get to me at all
It's time to see what I can do
To test the limits and break through
No right, no wrong, no rules for me
I'm free

......

My power flurries through the air into the ground
My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I'm never going back, the past is in the past"

Here's some I've found. I love when I realize a song was about enlightenment the whole time. Love the mind blow. I would be most appreciative for any contributions to this. Thank you in advance! Love you all!

Doesn't remind me  - Chris Cornell (Audio slave)

Lazy Eye - Silversun Pickups

Superstition - Stevie Wonder

Everlong - Foo Fighters

Like a Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan (possibly the most powerful example of articulation of enlightenment)

Fuck that's so true. I have never thought as Like a Rolling Stone  related to enlightment. Very interesting

And when it's over
I know how it's gonna be
And true love will never die
Oh, not fade away
And I can't stop lovin' you

?

What a dream, what a joke, love it   :x

I believe "stairway to heaven" by led zeppelin is about enlightenment. In the final verse it says when all  are one, and one is all.

@zeroISinfinity Ha! Sweet! “Alive me” did not care for my Steve Vai self, yet the wearing out of that passion & warfare took me through my belief in talent. God bless the Vai. And she is phenomenal! Love it

A??to all conceivable write off’s, imo.

Watch it without sound. It’s a extraordinarily simple portrayal of killing the Buddha. The slow mo zoom in on the first step, the inner Kriya - then shutting that bitch up, and dancing in it. Well done ladies, well done.
