Leo can you give some light in this matter?

@Leo Gura a lot of people talks about level of consciousness and level of development of the greatest teachers, but I am very aware that people talks without direct experience hence this matter is totally obscured in actual spirituality, what is your view Leo? Is there a possibility to somehow measure the level of consciousness of the greatest teachers, including you? Is possible to create a numeric scale to measure this so we can have a little bit of light in this matter? And how does all this connects with spiral dynamics?
