What do you mean by experience stops?

He’s basically referring to the experience/ dream that is your current human life and narrative.

Awakening as the Godhead can happen within this dream, but the dream itself continues until it stops at the moment of physical death…or using right psychedelic.

I'm not sure he means that? As the narrative of your human life etc is mostly just ego death. And maybe some amnesia.

You can have that on Salvia extract without any sort of realization.

Can’t express how correct this is. During a serious awakening that’s exactly how it feels, it just unravels. Only you realise that the scarf wasn’t badly knit it was knit to perfection. Your whole seeming life, everything just sort of unravels from around you. It’s like you’ve been mummified your whole life and someone just starts unraveling the linen from the top and it loosens, then unravels completely from around you. It’s like you’ve been mummified but not wrapped in linen, but wrapped up in your own bullshit. Completely and utterly deceived yourself with absolutely everything, every single thing you know, or think you know. A complete spiral of bullshit from top to bottom. You’ve been wrapped so tightly you’ve become lost in it, lost to it, and created this life with nothing other than your own mind. And when the state begins to subside you can actually feel it wrapping you back up in it, solidifying itself around you again, the ego regaining its grip with all its distinctions and dualities. Until here you are, right back where you were smack bang in the middle of the dream. Only with a realisation to try and integrate back with your limited mummified mind. Certainly expanded though to a degree after the direct experience of something so jaw dropping and profound.

If you become fully conscious the entire universe will disappear forever. You will exist as a pure abstraction, as a singularity of undifferentiated Oneness. This is your true nature.

Having a life is just something you do to avoid Pure Infinity.

You would call it death, but actually it's Infinity.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

@Leo Gura That sounds pretty alright, really. Although I'd hope colors exist in whatever next it big-bangs out into. Colors and sight are cool. And I'd hope it's not some Salvia-land BS, this world contains long stories that follow a consistent plot which is nice.

@RMQualtrough You wouldn't like it. Trust me.

I was talking about the end game, becoming pure Infinity. All life and form disappears forever. There is nothing to see and nothing to do there. You might as well consider it death.

That’s why the ability to flow between the 2 is so incredibly beautiful to me; diversity flowing out of unity. The only trade off is that you can’t be fully in one or the other, so the practice becomes like a dance.

Formless unity it's Nothing, not nothing. This quote from Plotinus explains it perfectly.

Quote

The living total must exist There beforehand; that is the realm of complete Being and everything must exist There.

The sky There must be living and therefore not bare of stars, here known as the heavens- for stars are included in the very meaning of the word. Earth too will be There, and not void but even more intensely living and containing all that lives and moves upon our earth and the plants obviously rooted in life; sea will be There and all waters with the movement of their unending life and all the living things of the water; air too must be a member of that universe with the living things of air as here.

The content of that living thing must surely be alive- as in this sphere- and all that lives must of necessity be There. The nature of the major parts determines that of the living forms they comprise; by the being and content of the heaven There are determined all the heavenly forms of life; if those lesser forms were not There, that heaven itself would not be.

To ask how those forms of life come to be There is simply asking how that heaven came to be; it is asking whence comes life, whence the All-Life, whence the All-Soul, whence collective Intellect: and the answer is that There no indigence or impotence can exist but all must be teeming, seething, with life. All flows, so to speak, from one fount not to be thought of as one breath or warmth but rather as one quality englobing and safeguarding all qualities- sweetness with fragrance, wine- quality and the savours of everything that may be tasted, all colours seen, everything known to touch, all that ear may hear, all melodies, every rhythm.

Bolding it's mine.

Or perhaps another exploration of itself for its own sake? By creating the illusion of finitude the infinite can understand it’s fullness ever deeper. It seems that God is a mystery onto itself, constantly learning new aspects of itself through infinite lenses.

It's more interesting than that.

Those influences are necessary in order for the dream to not immediately collapse. The avoidance of truth is like the backbone for the whole dream. Without it the dream would just unravel like a badly knit scarf.

God has to employ all its wits to fool itself into believing the dream. That's why it's so sneaky and deceptive. How else could God forget that it is God? It's a trick of the highest genius. God turns its own infinite intelligence against itself.

@Leo Gura Good point!

The social matrix we construct is a big part of staying lost in the dream. There must be a part of us as God who wants it to be difficult to awaken, otherwise why would we construct such an elaborate social matrix to keep us from discovering truth.

I'm working to get more and more to a place of non judgment of either pursuit. We can find joy and interesting experiences in either exploration, whether it's awakening or staying lost in the dream. I know people who have no interest in awakening and are quite happy being lost in the game. When we are passionate about awakening it's easy to fall into judgment about people who are asleep and uninterested in awakening.
