How to regain motivation?

Let me elaborate a little bit. More than that. How do you specifically regain motivation coming from a nihilistic void?

I know that authentic nihilism actually is not even negative, is just neither positive or negative, but I'm talking about that one that happens to us sometimes. You think about death, meaning, you come to a bad conclusion relative to your ego. And then you can't get yourself to do anything (even less working), because now you think all it's bullshit.

How you recover from that?

Well, I think I won't say something new, but I always think that one day life won't and. And now, when I'm so unmotivated, feel emptiness and so on, I waste my life. And it always helps me.

Or, there are also situations, when I just try to take my time, I allow myself to suffer a little, and then I say - it's enough, and try to live my life

When you get stuck in a rut, do something new to get yourself unstuck.

Don't think. Go outside and look at how amazing everything is. Just look without thinking.

Motivation starts from within. You cannot rely on others because it is not long term unless you can hire a personal coach.
