Selflove vs. Selflessness vs. Selfishness

Please explain how the above relate to one another, both metaphysically and practically

I'd find it very interesting to hear a theory of how they collapse into one.

Self love = love yourself the way you would love others 

 

Selflessness = don't be too selfless to the point it becomes a detriment. Maintain boundaries. 

 

Selfishness = be as selfish as you can stand and then see how much is enough to survive. Don't judge selfishness. Selfishness is also rooted in love.

Self Love= The healthiest expression of love. Loving yourself and others equally.

Selflessness= Putting others before yourself. Taken to the extreme, you lose yourself in others and deny yourself and die.

Selfishness= Put yourself before others, and only give as little as you can get away with while hoarding as much as you can. Taken to the extreme you deny others and kill them.
