Drinking a glass of water or listening to some of my favorite high consciousness music tends to help.

Any other tips from you guys? Feeling a bit low consciousness this morning and could use a few

@EternalForest I really like A course in miracles. When I read the words of the wisdom portion I can feel the energy, it has a soothing effect on the tension I feel in my head. It almost immediately shifts your mood in a positive way.

There are multiple sections to ACIM. There's a part that's hundreds pages of wisdom and writings on various topics, like ego, healing, etc. And there's a part that has a series of lessons 1-365 that you do each day. The long paragraphs on each topic part I call the wisdom.

Yeah. I do the lessons too, but not every day, but I find the text has a more immediate energetic impact on me.

@Raptorsin7 Hm, gotta be honest, while reading this, the whole concept of "nothing has any meaning" and "I give meaning to everything" and "no miracle means anything more than any other miracle" is giving me nihilistic vibes. Not working for me but I still appreciate it.

Hmm. I think this book is the truth, it's possible this your aversion is based on avoidance. But maybe there are materials that you resonate more with idk.

Could be worth investigating why giving off nihilistic vibes is so bad

I love running while listening to great music. Best one for me.

Cooking very slowly and exercising presence is also great.

Movement helps.
