Reminds me of the fact that it's fairly easy to predict that it's going to be cold next winter while it's nearly impossible to accurately predict the weather two weeks from now.

That's precisely not what chaotic means.

Chaos mean a system is behaving in such a way, where no matter how much you know about the initial or current conditions, it is impossible to predict it's behavior in the future.


If I should ever say to any moment, "O stay, thou art so fair!"

Then bind me in thy bonds, O fleeting moment, And let me die, if I deserve not death.
