For Auditory Learners, This Tool Is Better Than Kindle!

9 posts in this topic

I purchased the latest and greatest Amazon Kindle, only to discover that I suck at reading! I ditched it and now I am using a tool called Natural Reader

This is the free online version:

https://www.naturalreaders.com/online/

Also there's an Android app that I am using to read the PDF books for me.

What I do is to make the app read me about 5 pages per day, and then I come back and review them the next day. I discovered that when you review what you've learned, the benefit will double, and that's because the first time you are becoming familiar with the language or rhetoric used in the book, and second time your focus will be on the content of the book.

Have Fun!

Cool! So do you just paste the text into it? Or do you use the "Documents" option and add a file?

What exactly do you mean by “review”?

What do you do when you review?

On Edge/Chrome you can just right click text and have it read for you.

You'll also want to check out https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bionic-reading-focused/hijmanikokojondnhbdfmbkopdafmlgj

Lastly, if it's educational content you're reading, you may want to look into photoreading, as well as research some basic speedreading techniques.

It depends on one's personal preference.

I enjoy to read slowly and directly by myself from the book/kindle I read and if I don't understand something I read it again until I understand
