@thisintegrated Trolling is optional, you know?

Why would you think I was trolling?

I was using another word for spirituality to make the answer more obvious to you.

You have a very recent history.

1- I didn't ask you.

2- You didn't answer.

3- You ignored the context in which I was asking the question.

4- Your questions imply that you don't understand my question to begin with.

I think you've confused yourself.  I know the context, and Galyna didn't have an answer so I thought I'd help you out as I was passing by..

Though seems my hint wasn't enough and now you're upset.

I don’t answer ubiquitous questions bcz they don’t have any chance to receive my answer.

Well, then don't.

@Carl-Richard do you allow threats of physical violence on this forum, is it normal?

Obviously, the laughing emoji is not enough to convey sarcasm?

The expression "beat me over the head with it" is used when someone states the obvious, usually a painful truth. It's close to the expression "rub it in", when someone goes on and on about something that is painfully obvious.

@Carl-Richard  I get it, but he didn’t use it for himself, he used it for me

he said “he will beat me over the head” not “beat me over the head”.

It works both ways.

to me not knowing the expression even it has caused mental harm and fear of physical violence.

I anyway don’t trust the forum moderation as they have always been very subjective about who do they punish and who they play friends with.

To become more conscious requires intense energy and action. Most on here lack self-decipline.

Very very hard. In my personal opinion, I recommend you to do as much as personal growth as spiritual work, otherwise you are going to become unstable. At least, I have struggled a lot with spiritual bypassing and balancing your avataric life is really important:P

The more awake, the more balanced, the less heavy ego, more authentic relationships, more effective work, more purpose, less mental rumination.

Certain psychedelics are really good for that type of work, but you have to focus your intention on finding them.
