Real quick ..I think that after years of hardcore masturbation sessions I desensitised my penis. Its like I abused the nerve endings. I don't get as much pleasure. Only through orgasm when I get the buzz .

How to resensitise my penis so that I get the normal pleasure that I was expecting in my teenage years ?

@Someone here yeah, this is totally not a problem you should particularly find yourself worried about. I mean the answer is really simple but executing it may not prove easy if you lack self-discipline.

Just stop masturbating, and your penis will resensitise all naturally on its own. I don't really want to have to explain the science behind it, but trust, your body knows what's what and can recover its tissue cells like magic. But basically, at this point, masturbating for you would be like trying to lift weights when you've just exhausted your the tissue cells of your muscles. Just let them recover, and you'll be back on track. A full week should do it.

As long as you don't use death grip you should be fine. Just masturbate less often as others have said and use a grip that's just firmly around your girth, nothing tighter.

Bro seriously, go the middle way: go for 3 days between faps and I'll promise you that the sensitivity will return AND your brain fog will lift. I've been on both extremes before, and I choose the middle way every time.

would re-sensitizing your flesh rocket fix the root problem?

If not, what would be a root solution to your problem?

You say you want to stop fapping. Why?

 

From what I can see brother, no one on here is an expert on this topic (I could be wrong lol,) so best bet is to do your own research, you're not the only one in human history to create this problem for themselves. Answering the above questions will give you some clarity as to what to do, or what to  research on how to solve this problem.

The problem is I am addicted to fapping. There is no middle way for me .if I do it once I end up doing 3 or 4 times a day .it's all or none situation for me .and I'm really intuiting that I should stop completely. That it's not the right thing for me to do and it's standing in the way of my success in life .at least that's how it is for me .
