Benefits of no fap for women?

@Leo Gura If i may ask you a personal question, how often do you fap and how do you access the central executive function to decide if it's an appropriate or inappropriate time to? I struggle with building that agency and swing between moralization and hedonism.

I could grant the (hypothetical) benefits for men since with each ejaculation we do lose a little bit of nutritional content and some energy that went into that although I don't think the damage is as significant as nofap community would have you believe.

For female tho, you aren't really losing anything and it appears orgasm for women is more energising an rejuvenating where for guys it often is more sedating. If you enjoy occasional masturbation, there is no need to restrict yourself, it is a completely normal process and should not be demonised so much.

But of course you won't know unless you try :)

My boyfriend works 10-12 hour days right now, we don't live together so it's hard to meet during the week. I don't know how often people crave it, but 4 days without sexual activities seems really long for me.

I mean, I guess if you use the word "addiction" super loosely. Have you ever known someone who was addicted to drugs, or a serious alcoholic? I have, and I don't think you can get to that place through looking at too many pixelated titties.. just saying.

Yeah, I can agree with that for the most part. I have a few vices of my own that I'm working to moderate better.

Then with the greatest respect you're ignorant and should pass over the topic with silence. Anything that acts on dopaminergic or serotonergic system can become addictive.

My dad was a heroin addict (died from an overdose), and my mum was an alcoholic, and I was addicted to sex (500+ partners) and pornography and had withdrawals that lasted 3 years (post acute withdrawal), so I would say Im qualified to speak on this topic

Ive been mostly celibate and nofap for 3 years, so I've been on all sides of the spectrum - I speak from direct experience.

Is this a typo? If not that's genius :D

I meant to type it this way because I don't know what else to call it :P

I am pro no fap but it's unrelated to sex.

I am pro sex like all of the no fappers, the point of no fap is to motivate you to fulfil your sexual desires how it's meant to be, there is no thing as too much sex, besides that is an inversion of the problem for most of us guys out there lool.

Women shouldn't even think about this topic imo, I would want my girl to be masturbating, if she isn't masturbating & thinking about me like a clingy dog 24/7 while I'm gone then goodbye half - hearted chica.
