If not seafood, what are the cleanest "sources of protein"?

Please give me something...if i get a vague "well everything is poison do your research" answer.

Which meat is okay? There is a local, grass-fed hamburger beef at the store..... that okay?

What's better than that? what's worse? I need to eat with peace of mind now. Can't be thinking "well, here's some more poison" every time i eat.

What about carbohydrates?

Beans, legumes, nuts and seeds, leafy green vegetables and high quality carbs. Eggs also, in small quantities.
Meat is not what it used to be. You cant be sure anymore.
Just my advice, I’m not a professional dietitian.

my gut is sensitive and easily inflamed

not sure wether i have some type of leaky gut

i love lentils and chickpeas etc. but i have to eat small portions and mixed with other foods

hot food at the moment is a nogo unfortunately, inflames my gut and keeps me up at night etc.

meat on the other hand is usually not an issue

I moreso concerned about heavy metals. in the heavy metal leo vid he says stop poisoning yourself before you detox and then says everything that's poison but doesn't say what's actually not full of heavy metals @Leo Gura

@John Paul Chicken and beef contain like 10x-100x less heavy metals than seafood.

You can google for a list of mercury content by fish/meat.

Here's a list:

Salmon 0.02 PPM

Sardine 0.01 PPM

Shark 0.98 PPM

Squid 0.02 PPM

Sword fish 1.00 PPM

Trout 0.07 PPM

Tuna 0.35 PPM

Shrimp 0.01 PPM

Chicken 0.001-0.004 PPM

Beef 0.003 PPM

Pork 0.002 PPM

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.
