How do you differentiate between your authentic self and inauthentic self?


just be here, if you can do it this moment you can do it the next moment

this is the now, now is all that is real, the truth is now, not your concept or experience, just this

is there suffering in this ? work to be done young jedi. me

Authentic means natural. 

It's like when people put a camera in front of somebody and say act natural and then they put a nonchalantè posture for no reason. That's inauthentic ?

The false self is the thought in one's mind that thinks that it is the body. The real self, depending on how one defines it is either the body and the soul that inhabits it, and the higher self from where the soul comes from, or simply reality itself, the oneness that exists everywhere.

@catcat69123 Two definitions come to mind:

1. Spirituality Definition: Everything.

2. Psychology Definition: You when you are happy and thinking clearly.

The authetic self is no self.

Authenticity in doing feels natural, there is no struggle to do it so it's effortless.
