I know things can be much much better then where I’m at right now but I still don’t know how

I’m grateful for my life and the knowledge I’ve been presented with through this platform it made things much better but it still takes much deeper work than that, I’m doing this work here again and again till I see the real results I really want and shoot into the next level

Profound mental problems and lack of social contact robs me of any meaning or joy to be found. Corona did it for md

True happiness is effortless. It's our real nature.

Mostly miserable but in comparison to latest years I am very "grateful" of where I am. I would say I am happy being miserable if that makes sense xD . I touch some moments of hope and joy some seconds through the day also.

I think 2022 life will get so much better!

I'm happy because I actually follow Nonduality as my contextualization of reality. There is nothing else but this, and this is perfect.

I'm very miserable, because I'm all alone, unloved, and will always be unlovable.

It feels like being in a lifelong isolation chamber, completely cut off from all other conscious beings. I wouldn't wish it even to my worst enemy.

It's fucking scary if you actually believe that. Maybe you should seek help or something.

I’d say I’m miserable because what is, is not satisfying and I don’t know if it ever will be no matter what “work” gets done or material I acquire.

there are a few things in life that could make me enjoy it, but for now they seem far away. And maintaining said things seems even harder than getting them.

Sometimes happy, and sometimes not. That’s life! It is what it is, and my reaction to it can vary. It’s contextual.

@Blackhawk don't project your negativity onto ohers. Just because you are miserable in life doesn't mean everyone should or are miserable as well.

Not miserable except on rare occasions for a few hours at a time. But overall I'd say I'm at a 3-year low in terms of happiness. Nothing really bad has happened or is going on. Just generally feeling meaningless and purposeless with a complete lack of ambition.

Sitting at home being gaslit by the news every day with stuff that's obviously false and watching governments make stupid policy after stupid policy is driving me a bit crazy as well.

OI'm not. I'm simply stating a fact.

Happiness is our real nature. All enlightened teachers say that.

Maybe do the work to realize that. Do you meditate?

Dude..

"I'm simply stating a fact." "All enlightened teachers say that."

I can't even..

Just stop.

Don't reply to me anymore, thank you very much. Because it's just too stupid.
