Hey Brother, happy new years! Good to see your journal, I will be reading this ^_^.

Lookout for too much habits at once I tried it too and got pulled back by homeostasis. I like your spirit tho, keep it up!

Another great tip that has helped me is to put as much as my habits in my morning routine, it blasts your day off like a rocket and you get a lot done without having to use a lot of willpower.

Today was a very busy day. I had basically no time due to school, but I feel great, even though I don't know why... anyway, it's at least a good motivation to keep going.
In the end of the day I recalled a short, but very helpful quote from "dude" - Consciousness is the key. Thanks bro.

Try to write your journal less in a way of list of things and more in your thoughts, check out @quantum for example. Also if you write why and how things did not work out they should have you can learn more.. especially if you write only stuff that did not work out then you will not have to care about it anymore :D
