Does prolonged water fasting have any direct effect on heavy metals?

Is the supercharged health restoration enabled by long strict water fasts enough to chelate heavy metals? Does it even have an effect?

Even if it does, heavy metal removal is a long-term process and one can only do water fasting for so long. I would look at chelation the way you're looking at bringing up a child. The long-term process with tiny improvements over weeks and months.

Rather than trying to power through the detox, always start by cutting down on your toxins ingestion first and look at all sources of exposure including air, water, food and even cosmetics & chemicals in household. Once everything has been purified and diet restored to a level where you are happy with it, only then would I start looking at chelation.

You would be foolish to depend on fasting for chelation.

You are God. You are Truth. You are Love. You are Infinity.

My 40 hour fast cured my brain fog and anger issues. Might have done something.

"God is not a conclusion, it is a sudden revelation. When you see a rose it is not that you go through a logical solipsism, "This is a rose, and roses are beautiful, so this must be beautiful." The moment you see it, the head stops spinning thoughts. On the contrary, your heart starts beating faster. It is something totally different from the idea of truth." -Osho
