;) But you have a few times at least... You've spoken about this in your fear video when you and a girlfriend tripped in the woods on LSD. Sounds pretty recreational to me.

But, I think you are very serious about tripping for insights and awakening yes.

I was introducing her to psychedelics for spiritual purposes.

Of course I make the process enjoyable, but pleasure is never the reason why I take a psychedelic.

@Leo Gura, come on, man!

Weed is not a substance that should be used for problem-solving or learning.

You only use weed to deepen your human senses, like listening to Beethoven while you're on weed — it is pure joy, delight, and ecstasy.

Or you could use weed to find out if you have paranoid tendencies, fears, and anxieties.

I'm not promoting weed but it can be used as a tool that reveals the negative aspects of your unconscious.

@Leo Gura Weed is all worth it in the end, because of the memories had

your fond memories of the time you ate a bag of chips and watched re-runs of a silly sitcom?

@Leo Gura I understand, thank you for clarifying

Spirituality may not be pleasure chasing. But imo they are closely related. To live a good life..

Weed is a tool believe it or not. There are ways to have spiritual experiences with weed if you do it right. If you had a hammer you could use it to hit your finger or to do a job.

Weed really helps with creativity too. You enjoy music 100 times more. And yes i do enjoy the times i was eating chips and was watching a silly sitcom because why not? Some people try a bit to hard to be perfect or to protect an image. We are also animals. I like to enjoy stuff. I like having fun. To become a pothead is very real though and i went through this phase. To believe that everyone that consumes weed belongs to this category though is extremely myopic.

I stopped cannabis because it kept me stuck in a paranoid space and didn’t  have the power to push me beyond.  It also interfered with ayahuasca, which is so much better for healing and mind expansion.

Yes. Both are extremely addictive.

Oh god you sound boring.

What's the point of life if you can't even let yourself enjoy such a powerful gift without turning it into some lecture. Just let yourself experience life it's not that hard.

I absolutely agree with that. I consider it as a mild psychedelic and somehow I get flashback to my previous trips when I smoke it, it's like a shape shifting high. Pretty powerful tool for personal development too, if you know how to use it.

i use weed for astral projection and it works very well, It is good on another level once you combine hypnagogic void states and you basically got a waking lucid dream

The amount I enjoy it is indescribable.

Say what you will but it is addictive and dulls your mind with chronic use.

I have no need for weed. If I wanna trip I got far better options.

Most people who use weed chronically end up deciding to quit it in the end because it does not solve your problems and makes you dull.

I don't use psychedelics recreationally.

@Leo Gura

Talk for your self.

You have done psychedelics so you have the right to talk.

Take weed. Experiment around with the plant and then will talk.

Yes weed has a stigma most losers who don't know how to deal with life will just take weed and everything is good.

But this is not defining the plant.

Experience is king.

I used to smoke obsessively.  Kept trying to quite but couldn't. One time would get be hooked.  Then I did ayuahuasca.  After that I decided to stop and I haven't pick it up since.

Quit because I don't like smoking stuff and because I just don't want to take it. Pretty much just over with it.

If you want to take it for the "right reasons", make it a ritual. While you are high only do meditation and walking in nature. Treat it like you would a LSD or Ayahuasca trip. The setting is what really matters.

Weed is never gonna beat DMT.

I am down for trying pure, refined THC drops. But this is mostly just to say I tried it. It's not gonna beat DMT.

@Leo Gura why would you even compare cannabis with DMT? Cannabis is a soft drug for casual use while DMT is for strong, profound experiences. Cannabis can enhance your creativity and make you recall and contemplate on your past trips without paralyzing you for a day like you're doing a hard drug like LSD, which lasts for 12ish hours. You should definitely try it and see how it works for you once you let go of your prejudices. I know in USA it's very common for "loser" people to abuse it, but it's really a beautiful mild psychedelic and has a crazy potential to enhance your life if you know how to use it.

@Leo Gura How can I get my hands on DMT, do you think? And how often do you recommend usage? I was using weed all day every day for years and absolutely hooked, but finally quit due to extreme paranoia and life deterioration over the drug and never having enough ... BUT, I was extremely productive and engaged with life also, while after quiting I am somewhat lazy and un-fasinated with daily life, because there's no highs, always sober, even quit cigerettes and just about everything except for porn, and I'm almost a 25 yr old virgin, porn is my one and only obstacle, and I'm aware you created a video how to get laid though I'm not watching another self help book or video how to attract women, I'd much rather drugs like DMT ... Anyways, I want DMT, and clearly you recommend this ... so I'm willing to go on an adventure with your permission, oh dearest ghuru Leo ;) ... *massages your foot and between your holy toes, with your selection from finest oils available* ... I have tried it before without the breakthrough and my God was that extemely beautiful and alien and highly exotic and absolutely magnificent ...

Should I conctact someone I once knew for the drug? An old enemy of mine, but he's in a mental ward with injections because of his heavy drug usage an imbalance with our agreed upon social world, so this may spook me a bit because I'd lose it if I joined him in the mental ward ...

I crave an adventure with the gods,
