The things that I can keep in mind every time -

  • Putting everything into perspective
  • Align and integrate and create sync
  • Making sense of everything at any given point
  • Create a flow state
  • Having a definite plan
  • Having a sense of awareness
  • Actions in alignment with goals.
  • Regrounding yourself
  • Reorienting yourself
  • Fluctuate between random state and flow state
  • Random states are for Regrounding
  • Flow states are to achieve goals
  • Bringing everything together
  • Having a sense of freshness and clarity of action plan

@Preety_India

Car repair model.
Interesting concept.

A constructive process laid out with a real world example is always helpful.

Although having an emotional example would be even better. Like an intimate relationship.

I love you infinitely. I will find you forever in every life time because you and me are one. You and me eternally breathing life and bluming

@Marcel you tell me how to go about it?

Don't simply drop clues.

@Preety_India

Intimate Relationship example

1. Falling in love

2. Conflict arises —> Honest and Open Communication

3. Understanding the Conflict

4. Resolve key Issues

5. Discuss opinions and do research

6. Develop a system to avoid future conflicts.

7. Measure your growth

It’s the same example but easier to relate to.
At least for me.

@Marcel  what's the template for performance in your example/model?

My template for performance is a car working in top condition and giving a top performance during a race or regular course.

Whats your ultimate productivity in the relationship example? How do you measure or in what context do you measure ultimate performance or productivity?

hehe I don´t discuss with mechanics the issues of my car. They give me the price and I decide, whether I let them resolve my car´s issues or I sell the crap

No the discussion was meant to be between two mechanics with different levels of experience and expertise. Not between customers and mechanics hehe

hahaha

My proposals for measurements:

1. Hours of intimate interactions (sex or almost sex)

2. Hours of chores or rather a delta in hours of chores

3. Hours spent together apart of 1. and 2.

But then you need a kind of benchmarking. Other couples with their hours captured on the same scale. Otherwise you never know, how many hours are for low, middle or high productivity and performance

One more ideas: you need also a factor! Because 1., 2. and 3. are not of the same value, I guess. This is what you need to agree on with Marcel - teh value factors.

hahaha

@Preety_India And then of course you need to reconsider and reevaluate regularly (at least once a year). Since your value factors might and will change with time.

I propose on 20.12. of every year you do a meeting with Marcel. For auditing and analisys of the passed year and setting goals and new value factors for the coming year. You´ll still have 11 days to test and if necessary to correct new objectives.  I imagine Marcel in his best suit with a tie, you in a white shirt and a tight black skirt on heels and with big glasses. You both sitting at dining table and going through the powerpoint presentation showing your scores of last year - actual compared to goal. And setting objectives for the next year - more better, more higher, more ambitious! Be a good team, have respect, find compromises!

P.S.: Goal, obective, target, purpose, aim... English language has amazingly many words for this thing..
