Where can I find stage green organizations at college?

I'm an incoming freshman at a fairly orange university (University of California, Irvine). Because I am trying my best to push myself out of orange and into green, what are some green organizations I can join. I ask because I am going to the club fair tomorrow. 

Here are the two things I came up with:

-Volunteering (tutoring kids in south central)

-Smoking weed

I wonder if there are communes or specific majors that are green. Maybe I can have a green friend group.
