7 posts in this topic

so yesterday i did my first session for about 25 mins
a got a few questions
1. how to deal with mouth-drying when breathing? my mouth got dry only after a few minutes, it was very uncomfortable so i had to stop breathing a few times. and its better to breathe continuously... so how you deal with that?
2. also my hands and foots turned very numb while i was doing that, is it ok?
3.  also i think i felt asleep a few times for like 3 minutes,im not sure but i think so cuz i dont remember some parts

1. I breath through my nose so this isn't as much of a problem

2. Yes, you will feel a body load that brings about a sort of temporary paralysis, it's like sleep paralysis.

3. You probably fell asleep. It shouldn't be dangerous.

just don't shock your system by doing so much of it, it can turn into dangerous thing.

do it gradually and increment it to expend your comfort range in a mindful way.

I've never tried oral breathing so I can't answer that. You could answer that yourself through first hand experience though.

Yes, I should have stated that myself.

I use a humidifier and crank it all the way up. I set it up close to me so the mist goes directly in my face
